No. We do not collect any personal information, require an account, or verify your identity. Just a wallet address.
How long does it take?
Usually 10–30 minutes. We dispatch XMR after your Bitcoin transaction receives 1 network confirmation.
What are the fees?
A 0.5% service fee is included in the rate shown. XMR network fees are also covered — the amount you see is what you get.
What if I send the wrong amount?
If you send less than the required amount, your order may be cancelled and Bitcoin refunded. If you send more, we honour the full amount. Always provide a refund address to be safe.
What are the minimum and maximum amounts?
Minimum: 0.001 BTC. Maximum: 1 BTC per order. For larger amounts, contact us directly.
What happens if there's an issue?
Orders expire after 30 minutes if no payment is detected. If something goes wrong after payment, we will refund your BTC. Keep your Order ID — it's your receipt. Email support@needmonero.com with it.
